With the methods of literature reviews and logical analysis, the operation characteristics of the winter sports clubs of the U.S. Paralympics have been analyzed. The main characteristics of the winter sports clubs of the U.S. Paralympics are actively cooperated with various official organizations, and attract people at all ages and categories of disabilities to participate in club activities, and differences exist during the development of different projects. It emphasize the competition features and focusing on the standardization of the systems. Inspirations for China: based on mechanism and system construction, develop by defining features for the steadily increasing on the amount of people who participate in the activities, and scientifically develop Chinese sports according to the characteristics.
