摘要
运用文献资料法对共享经济模式对全民健身的价值及其治理路径进行研究。主要结论:共享经济是互联网信息时代盛行的一种新的商业模式,能实现群众体育资源合理配置,提升体育资源的利用率;满足群众个性化的体育需求,激发群众体育锻炼的热情。提出治理路径:建设全民健身网络平台,打通服务信息传导路径;充分利用共享经济理念,培育全民健身消费习惯;建立“准入审核信用评价”机制,提升服务质量和消费信心;盘活闲置资源,拓展全民健身资源供给;健全法律法规,确保规范发展等。
This paper studies the value of national fitness under the sharing economy model and its governance path by using the method of literature reviews. Main conclusions: Sharing economy is a new business model that is welcomed in the Internet information age, which help realize the rational allocation of mass sports resources, improve the utilization rate of sports resources, meet the individual sports needs of the masses, and stimulate the enthusiasm of the masses for physical exercise. The governance path can be listed as follows: build network platform for information transmission;make a full use of the sharing economy concept for cultivating national fitness consumption habits;establish an “audit-credit evaluation” mechanism to improve service quality and consumption confidence;activate idle resources to expand the supply of national fitness resources;improve laws and regulations to ensure standardized development, etc.
