摘要 运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,对我国新型城镇化背景下小城镇群众篮球发展进行研究。主要结论:目前的发展困镜主要有顶层设计与基层实施缺乏良性互动;篮球场地设施空间布局不均衡;篮球专业人员缺乏;篮球赛事缺乏辐射效应;小城镇群众篮球文化滞后。建议:以人为本,多元途径发展小城镇篮球文化;统筹规划,科学布局篮球场地设施;协调发展,优化篮球人力资源结构;集聚效应,以赛事为媒介加强城镇联动;因地制宜,以篮球推动小城镇相关产业发展。 In this paper, questionnaires and expert interview have been used to study the development of mass basketball in small towns under the background of new urbanization in China. Main conclusions: The current dilemma includes the followings: there is a lack of positive interaction between top-level design and grassroots implementation;the layout of basketball facilities;imbalanced development between the increasing numbers of basketball professionals and the speed of urbanization;basketball events have limited in fluences to the public;mass basketball culture in small towns is out of balance with urbanization. Suggestions: to develop basketball culture in small towns by people-oriented and diversi fied approaches;make comprehensive plan to scienti fically arrange for the layout of basketball facilities;coordinately develop and optimize basketball human resource structure;take events as agency to strengthen the linkage of cities and towns;according to local conditions, use basketball events to promote the economic development of small towns.
