介绍了2018年我国塑料加工业基本状况,根据塑料行业有关已知数据分析测算了2018年我国塑料表观消费量、塑料废弃量、塑料再生利用量和再生利用率,也对塑料包装主要品种用量进行了分析测算。同时就塑料与环境关系提出了意见。

The general situation about the plastic industry of China in 2018 was reviewed. On the basis of the data of plastic industry, the apparent consumption of plastics, the amount of plastic waste, the amount of recycled plastics and the utilization rate of recycled plastics in 2018 are analyzed and calculated. Meanwhile, the relationship between plastics and environment was discussed.
