摘要
产品特性涉及产品质保期、品牌效应以及产品绿色性等。本文在不同产品特征下,考虑零售商回收、制造商生产新产品并将回收产品进行再制造的闭环供应链,利用Stackelberg博弈分析了3类决策模型:模型Ⅰ中考虑产品需求受价格和产品质保期的影响;模型Ⅱ中考虑产品需求在受价格和质保期影响的同时还受产品品牌水平的影响;模型Ⅲ中考虑产品需求在受价格和质保期影响的同时还受产品绿色性水平的影响。研究发现,模型Ⅱ和模型Ⅲ中的制造商、零售商以及CLSC利润均优于模型Ⅰ。同时,通过灵敏度分析发现,相比质保期,市场上品牌水平或绿色性水平对需求的影响会对定价决策产生更显著正向影响。最后,研究为制造商努力方式的选择提供了参考依据。
Product characteristics include product warranty period,brand effect and product greenness.This study is aimed at retailers recycling,manufacturers producing new products and remanufacturing recycled products in a closed-loop supply chain,using Stackelberg game analysis to analyze three types of models:Model Ⅰ considers demand dependent on price and product warranty period;Model Ⅱ considers product demand on price and warranty period and also on product brand level.Model Ⅲ considers demand dependent on greening level in addition to the selling price and warranty period.The study finds that the profit of manufacturers,retailers and CLSC in Model Ⅱ and Model Ⅲ is better than Model Ⅰ.At the same time,through sensitivity analysis,it is found that the influence of brand level or green level on demand in the market will have a more significant positive effect on pricing decisions than the warranty period.Finally,the study provides a reference for the choice of manufacturers’ efforts.
