摘要
在对以往文献梳理的基础上,本文进一步明确了管理创新能力的基本内涵。通过管理创新与企业绩效指标建立评价模型,运用上市公司数据及因子分析的方法对管理创新和企业绩效进行量化分析,验证了管理创新能力对企业绩效有较大正向影响,从而进一步确定了管理创新在制造业未来发展中的重要地位。
On the basis of literature review in the past,this paper further clarifies the basic connotation of management innovation ability.Through management innovation and enterprise performance indicators evaluation model is set up,using the data of listed companies and the factor analysis method to find the management innovation and business performance of quantitative analysis,management innovation ability is proved to have great positive influence on enterprise performance.To further determine the management innovation in manufacturing important position in the development of the future.
