抛物线轴类零件作为非圆曲线轴类零件的一种,在数控车削加工中经常会出现。用宏程序进行抛物线轴零件的数控加工编程,是应用较多的手工编程方式。以给定的典型抛物线轴零件为例,用CAXA软件绘制抛物线方程的包络线外圆图形,基于宏程序编写抛物线加工程序,并将主程序和子程序导入数控仿真软件进行了仿真加工,最后用数控机床加工出产品实物。

Parabolic shaft parts are often used as non-circular axis parts and are often found in CNC turning.Programming parabolic shaft parts with macro program is a manual programming method which is widely used.A given typical parabolic shaft part is analyzed,and the outer circle pattern of the parabolic equation is drawn by CAXA software,and the parabolic processing program is written based on the macro program.The main program and subprogram are imported into the CNC simulation software for simulation processing,and the product is processed by the CNC machine tool.
