摘要
全日制法律硕士"双导师制"培养模式在高层次应用型法律人才培养上具有较大价值,但也存在着诸多不足,应当从宏观层面制定全国性专业学位"双导师制"培养模式规范性文件、中观层面构建培养单位与实践基地互动机制、微观层面优化具体教学方式来对其予以完善。
The "double-tutor system"training mode of full-time master of laws has very important values in training high-level application-oriented legal talent,but it has some defects too.In order to improve the "double-tutor system"training mode of full-time master of laws,we should set up the normative documents on national professional degree "double-tutor system"training model in the macro aspect,construct interactive mechanism on the training unit and practice base in the intermediate aspect,improve concrete teaching methods in microcosmic aspect.
