摘要 目的:研究MoB-NiCr复合梯度的涂层组织结构及性能,通过超音速火焰喷涂方法制成MoB-NiCr涂层,并且对涂层的形貌、物相、孔隙率、厚度、硬度、磨损机制等方面进行研究。方法:通过扫描电子显微镜分析涂层组织结构,通过图像法测试涂层孔隙率和厚度,采用HVS-1000硬度计测试涂层硬度值,通过ML-100磨损设备测试涂层磨损失重率。结果:涂层组织结构致密,平均孔隙率为0.39±0.01%,平均厚度为289.79±0.14um,涂层的物相由MoB、NiCr、Mo2NiB2组成,涂层的平均硬度为649.8±19.5HV0.3。涂层具有良好的耐磨损性能。 Objective: To study the microstructure and properties of MoB-NiCr composite gradient coating.By using the supersonic flame spraying method,MoB-NiCr powder produced by mechanical alloying ball milling were sprayed on the surface of Q235 matrix steel to form MoB-NiCr coating.The morphology,phase,porosity,thickness,hardness and wear mechanism of the coating were also studied.Methods: The microstructure of the coatings were analyzed by by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the porosity and thcikness of the coating were measured by using image method,and the microhardness was measured by HVS-1000.The wear property of the coatings was tested by ML-100 pin-on-disk equipment.Results: the microstructure of the coating is dense with average porosity 0.39±0.01% and the thickness 289.79±0.14um.This coating consists of two components,MoB、NiCr and Mo2NiB2.The hardness of the coating is 649.8±19.5HV0.3.and the coaing has good wear property.
