The author,with the meaning and value of system reform, analyzes the necessity of the reform and points out that the reform process and effect of the existence of problems, and finally for the implementation of the path, suggests to expand the scope of legal aid, sufficient security funds and multi-purposed aid mode, construction quality supervision and evaluation mechanism for legal aid systematic contents, so as to complete full coverage of the whole process of criminal lawyer and help to achieve the goal of the ultimate value.
