摘要
目的:探讨应用数字钼靶X线摄影+MRI动态增强扫描+高频彩超诊断鉴别钙化乳腺良性及恶性病变的效果。方法:分析本院2013年7月至2018年11月收治的70例含钙化乳腺病变患者的临床诊断资料,患者均行数字钼靶X线摄影、MRI动态增强扫描、高频彩超检查,以病理学结果作为参照标准,统计乳腺良恶性病变类型及病灶数量,同时评价单纯及联合诊断方法的准确性。结果:病理学诊断乳腺良性病变41例,病灶46个,乳腺恶性病变29例,病灶32个;联合数字钼靶X线摄影、MRI动态增强扫描及高频彩超检查诊断乳腺良恶性病变的准确率显著高于单一诊断方式。结论:针对含钙化灶乳腺良恶性病变,采用数字钼靶X线摄影、MRI动态增强扫描联合高频彩超检查诊断病变有一定价值,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of digital molybdenum target X-ray +MRI dynamic enhancement scanning + high-frequency color ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differentiation of benign and malignant calcified breast lesions. Methods:The clinical data of 70 cases with calcification of breast lesions from July 2013 to November 2013 at our hospital were analyzed, and patients received molybdenum target X-ray photography, digital dynamic enhanced MRI scanning and high frequency color ultrasonography, with pathology results as a reference standard, to get the type and number of lesions, benign and malignant breast lesions and evaluate the accuracy of the single and combined diagnosis method. Results:Pathological diagnosis showed that there were 41 cases of benign breast lesions (46 lesions) and 29 cases of malignant breast lesions (32 lesions);The diagnostic accuracy of combined digital molybdenum target X-ray, MRI dynamic enhanced scanning and high-frequency color ultrasonography for benign and malignant breast lesions was significantly higher than that of each single diagnostic method. Conclusion:For benign and malignant breast lesions with calcification lesions, it is of certain value to use digital molybdenum target X-ray, MRI dynamic enhanced scanning combined with high-frequency color ultrasonography for diagnosis of lesions, which is worth popularizing.
