摘要
目的:探究Ⅲ级系统胎儿产前超声在胎儿形态结构诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择169例待产孕妇均给予Ⅰ和Ⅱ级系统胎儿产前超声、Ⅲ级系统胎儿产前超声,比较两种检查方法胎儿畸形检出率。结果:169例孕妇中引产及分娩18例胎儿畸形,畸形率10.65%。Ⅲ级系统胎儿产前超声畸形检出率88.89%(16/18),高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ级系统胎儿产前超声66.67%(12/18)(P<0.05)。结论:Ⅲ级系统胎儿产前超声可显示胎儿形态结构,可提高胎儿畸形检出率,降低漏诊率,在我国优生优育中有着重要作用。
Objective:To explore the value of prenatal ultrasound with Grade Ⅲ System in the diagnosis of fetal morphology and structure. Methods:The clinical data of169 pregnant women waiting for delivery from October 2017 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All pregnant women were given prenatal ultrasound of grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ systems, and the detection rate of fetal malformation was compared between the two methods. Results:Among169 pregnant women,18 cases of fetal malformation occurred during induced labor and delivery, with a malformation rate of10.65 %. The detection rate of prenatal ultrasound malformation in grade Ⅲ fetus was 88.89 %(16/18), significantly higher than that in grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ fetus (66.67 %, 12/18), and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasound of grade Ⅲ fetus can show fetal morphology and structure, improve the detection rate of fetal malformation and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis. It plays an important role in eugenics and eugenics in China.
