视频眼震电图仪对眩晕患者分类、定位诊断治疗中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Video Electronystagmograph in Classification, Localization, Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Vertigo

目的:探讨视频眼震电图仪在眩晕患者分类、定位诊断治疗中的应用。方法:收集眩晕患者120例分为A、B两组各60例;A组患者使用视频眼震电图仪行前庭功能检查,记录检测出BPPV患者阳性率;B组患者用传统的检查及对症治疗。结果:眩晕患者中检查出BPPV阳性率患者80%(48/60),手法复位后症状缓解率达到93.75%(45/48);B组患者总治疗有效率为41.67%(25/60)。结论:视频眼震电图仪在对眩晕患者的分类、定位、诊断治疗中发挥着重要的作用。

Objective:To investigate the application of video electronystagmograph in classification, localization, diagnosis and treatment of patients with vertigo. Methods:120 cases of patients with Vertigo were selected from August 2014 to October 2016, and were divided into group A and B , with 86 patients in each group. The patients in group A were examined for vestibular function with video electronystagmograph, and the positive rate of BPPV patients was recorded. The patients in group B received conventional examination and symptomatic treatment. Result:The positive rate of BPPV patients among patients with vertigo is as high as 80 %(48/60). The symptom relief rate after manual reduction reached 93.75 %(45/48);the total treatment efficiency of group B was 41.67 %(25/60).Conclusion:The video electronystagmograph plays an important role in classification, localization, diagnosis and treatment of patients with vertigo.
