双腔心脏起搏器用于缓慢性心律失常患者治疗的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of dual chamber pacemaker in the treatment of patients with bradyarrhythmia

目的:对双腔心脏起搏器用于缓慢性心律失常患者治疗的临床效果进行评估与探讨。方法:将缓慢性心律失常患者149例分为观察组(n=75,实施双腔心脏起搏器治疗)与对照组(n=74,实施单腔心脏起搏器治疗),比较两种治疗方法的临床运用效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(89.33%)高于对照组(70.27%)(P<0.05),观察组患者心率、心指数以及心输出量等心功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双腔心脏起搏器用于缓慢性心律失常患者治疗的临床效果显著。

Objective:To evaluate and explore the clinical effect of dual chamber pacemaker in the treatment of patients with bradyarrhythmia. Methods:149 patients with bradyarrhythmia were divided into observation group ( n =75, given dual chamber pacemaker treatment) and control group ( n =74, given single chamber pacemaker treatment). The clinical effects of these two treatments were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.33 %, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.27 %)( P <0.05). The heart rate, cardiac index and cardiac output of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of dual chamber pacemaker in patients with bradyarrhythmia is remarkable.
