牙周正畸联合治疗对牙周病探诊深度和牙槽骨密度的影响

Effect of periodontal orthodontic treatment on depth of probing and alveolar bone density in periodontal disease

目的:探究牙周正畸联合治疗对牙周病探诊深度和牙槽骨密度的影响。方法:选取101例牙周病患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者仅进行牙周基础治疗,观察组患者进行牙周正畸联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后探诊深度和牙槽骨密度情况。结果:两组患者治疗前探诊深度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组探诊深度小于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组患者变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者牙槽骨密度无差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组小于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:牙周正畸联合治疗可以改善探诊深度,使牙槽嵴顶骨密度和根尖区骨密度降低,有利于患者早恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of periodontal orthodontic treatment on the depth of probing and alveolar bone density. Methods:101 patients with periodontal disease who were treated in the stomatology department of our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random principle. The control group only underwent periodontal treatment. The observation group was treated with periodontal orthodontic treatment. The depth of probing and the alveolar bone density before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the depth of probing between the two groups ( P >0.05). After treatment, the depth of probing were significantly greater than that before treatment, and the variation of the observation group was greater than that of the control group ( P <0.05);there was no significant difference in alveolar bone density between the two groups before treatment ( P >0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in the alveolar crest bone density and apical bone mineral density between the two groups. The difference between the observation group and the treatment group was lower than that before treatment ( P <0.05). Conclusions: The combination of periodontal orthodontic treatment can improve the depth of probing and the level of attachment loss, and reduce the bone density of the alveolar crest and the bone density in the apical area, which is beneficial to the early recovery of patients.
