DR与螺旋CT在急诊胸腹部创伤中的临床诊断价值分析

Clinical diagnostic value of DR and spiral CT in emergency thoracic and abdominal trauma

目的:分析研讨直接数字化X射线摄影(DR)与螺旋CT在急诊胸腹部创伤中的临床诊断价值。方法:随机从我院2016年3月至2017年8月期间收治的急诊胸腹创伤患者中抽取48例进行讨论,回顾分析其病例资料,患者均接受DR与螺旋CT检查,检查结果由2名经验丰富的影像学专科医生负责,分析比较其检查结果。结果:CT诊断准确率(100%)高于DR诊断准确率(66.67%)(P<0.05)。结论:与DR方式比较,急诊胸腹部创伤疾病采用螺旋CT进行检查诊断准确性更高,并且可精确评估和定位创伤部位,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical diagnostic value of DR and spiral CT in emergency thoracic and abdominal trauma. Methods:48 patients with thoracic and abdominal trauma were randomly selected from our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 and the case data were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent DR and spiral CT examinations. The results were performed by two experienced imaging specialists, and the results were analyzed and compared. Results:The diagnostic accuracy of CT was100 %, higher than that of DR (66.67 %) and there was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion:It is suggested that spiral CT should be used in clinical diagnosis of acute thoracic and abdominal traumatic diseases. Compared with DR, this method has higher diagnostic accuracy and can accurately evaluate and locate the traumatic sites, which is worth popularizing.
