水族非物质文化遗产发展现状与思考

Current Situation and Consideration of the Development of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Shui Nationality

我国少数民族非物质文化遗产是各少数民族通过长期勤劳努力所创造的智慧结晶,是中国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,对其进行保护和传承具有深刻的意义。随着现代化进程的不断加快,水族非物质文化遗产受到的冲击越来越大,文化变迁、传承人断代等因素都不同程度地威胁着当前水族非遗保护与传承。通过分析水族非遗保护发展现状,指出可由建立健全法律法规、树立民族文化自信、优化水族非遗发展的文化空间等方面措施,增强水族非遗保护和利用的功能和效度,促进水族非遗可持续发展。

The intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities in China is the crystallization of wisdom created by various ethnic minorities through long-term hard work.It is an important part of China's excellent traditional culture and has profound significance for its protection and inheritance.With the acceleration of the modernization process,the impact on the intangible cultural heritage of the Shui nationality is becoming more and more serious.Cultural changes,generational changes and other factors threaten the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of the Shui nationality to varying degrees.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of Shui nationality,it is pointed out that the functions and validity of the protection and utilization of the the intangible cultural heritage of Shui nationality,can be enhanced by establishing and perfecting laws and regulations,establishing national cultural self-confidence and optimizing the cultural space for the development of the intangible cultural heritage of Shui nationality,,so as to promote the sustainable development of the intangible cultural heritage of Shui nationality.
