自贸区战略背景下泸州建设内陆开放新高地研究——以四川自贸区川南临港片区为例

Research on the Inland Open New Highlands in Luzhou under the Background of the Free Trade Zone Strategy——Taking the South Sichuan Harbor Area of Free Trade Zone as an Example

在泸州争创四川省经济副中心的过程中,自贸区的作用要得到充分发挥。运用案例分析的研究方法,以四川自贸区川南临港片区为研究对象,探讨如何建设内陆开放新高地。基于此,提出四川自贸区临港片区内陆开放型高地建设的瓶颈:产业竞争压力加大、交通短板制约以及专业人才短缺。最后,拟从培育优势产业集群、构建立体全面开放新格局、强化人才队伍保障等方面提出创新路径。

In the process of striving for the economic sub-center of Sichuan Province in Luzhou,the role of the free trade zone should be fully exerted.Using the research method of case analysis,this paper takes the south sichuan harbor area of free trade zone as the research object to explore how to build a new highland inland.Based on this,the bottleneck of land-opening highland construction in the south sichuan harbor area of free trade zone was proposed:increased industrial competition pressure,short-term traffic constraints and shortage of professional talents.Finally,this paper proposes innovative paths from the aspects of cultivating advantageous industrial clusters,constructing a new three-dimensional comprehensive opening pattern,and strengthening the support of talent teams.
