大体积混凝土温度裂缝控制与仿真分析

摘要 为解决大体积混凝土在施工中因水化热过大、体积较大造成热量难以向空气中逸散而出现温度裂缝的问题,研究了管冷对温度应力和水化热的影响。结果表明:对筏板基础施加管冷之后可以大幅度降低混凝土内外温差,最大温差从29℃下降到23℃,符合国家标准。 In order to solve the temperature crack problem caused by hydration heat of the mass concrete which is too large and difficult to escape into the air,this paper researched the influence of tube cooling.The results showed that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete can be greatly reduced after the pipe is applied to the base of the raft,and the maximum temperature difference is reduced from29 ℃ to23 ℃,which is in line with national standards.
