摘要
对尿素装置二氧化碳汽提塔爆管后的现象进行描述,介绍爆管后的工艺、安全、环保的处置方法,对爆管原因进行深入分析,提出相应的防范措施,确保二氧化碳汽提塔的安全稳定运行。
The phenomena of tube burst happened in CO2 stripping tower in urea plant was described. The handling method on process,safety and environmental protection after the tube burst was introduced. After deep analysis on the burst reason,the precaution measures were presented to ensure the safety and stability of the operation of the tower.
