摘要
针对引进美国KBR工艺顶烧炉在运行期间出现的竖琴管排局部超温产生亮斑、辐射段烟道墙倾斜、烟道盖板砖频繁断裂、过渡段底部外壁常年超温及对流段预热模块中间管板断裂等问题进行深入分析。通过调整运行模式及系列改造,使一段转化炉持续保持安全稳定高效运行。
In this paper, the problems which endangered the economic and safe operation of the equipment ,such as the bright spot of the local overtemperature of the harp tube row, the inclination of the flue wall in the radiation section, the frequent fracture of the flue cover brick, the perennial overtemperature of the bottom outer wall of the transition section and the fracture of the intermediate tube plate of the preheating module in the convection section, which occur in the top firing hydrogen converter of the KBR process imported from the United States, were analyzed in detail. The whole operation mode and series reformation made the furnace operate safely, stably and efficiently.
