摘要
介绍空气压缩机组增压机流程及存在的问题,采取应对措施及技术改造后,空气压缩机组增压机段间水冷器内漏问题得到一定的缓解,各项指标满足生产要求,建议制作1台新的换热器,待检修时更换内漏的换热器,以彻底解决问题。
The process of air compressor booster and problems existed on the machine were described. The inner leakage occurred on intersegmental water cooler was remitted after taking the technical reformation measures,and the performance of the machine can meet the requirement of production. It's proposed to manufacture a new heat exchange as the standby for exchange during maintenance in order to solve the problem thoroughly.
