尿素装置无放空开车探讨与应用

摘要 传统的ACES尿素工艺装置开车过程中会有部分含氨尾气排放,为了适应日益严峻的环保形势,通过对ACES尿素装置低压无放空开车方法的探讨和实际应用,提出改进和优化措施,实现高压系统无放空开车,消除开车过程中产生的噪音,减少废气排放,达到较好的环保与降耗目标。 During commissioning of conventional ACES urea plant, the tail gas containing ammonia could be emitted. In order to adapt the severe environmental protection situation day by day, we presented some modification and updating measures to achieve no-venting commissioning in high pressure system to eliminate noise and waste gas emission after studying the commissioning method in low pressure system.
