摘要
地震灾害是造成人员伤亡和财产损失最严重的自然灾害,而广大村镇房屋历来是抗震防灾的薄弱环节,由于种种原因,传统的抗震措施难以在村镇房屋中实施。以装配式圈梁构造柱结构为研究对象,开展了试验研究与有限元模拟分析,得出了一些有益的结论:对于装配式圈梁构造柱墙体,施加竖向压应力,可显著提高其抗震能力;有限元模拟计算的结果与试验吻合良好,说明采用有限元模型可以较好地模拟圈梁构造柱墙体的力学性能;装配式圈梁构造柱墙体抗震性能与现浇圈梁构造柱墙体差别不大,明显优于无圈梁构造柱墙体,并且其在经济和施工方面具有现浇圈梁构造柱无可媲美的优势,更加适用于村镇建筑中推广应用。
Earthquake disaster is one of the most serious natural disaster,which can cause heavy casualties and loss of property.Existing rural buildings have always been the weak link of earthquake resistance and disaster prevention.For some reasons,the traditional anti-seismic measures are difficult to implement in villages.The masonry structure with fabricated ring beams and constructional columns is the research object in this paper.Some experimental research and finite element simulation analysis are carried out,and some useful conclusions are drawn as follows:for the masonry structure with fabricated ring beams and constructional columns,the anti-seismic ability can be significantly improved by applying the vertical compression stress.The results of finite element simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results,which shows that the finite element model can simulate the mechanical properties of the masonry structure with fabricated ring beams and constructional columns.The anti-seismic performance of the masonry structure with fabricated ring beams and constructional columns is not much different from that of the masonry structure with cast-in-situ ring beams and constructional columns.which is obviously superior to normal wall.At the same time,it has the advantages in economy and construction which the masonry structure with cast-in-situ ring beams and constructional columns can not compare with.It is more suitable for application in the rural buildings.
