氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical effect and safety of Flurbiprofen gel plaster combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride capsules in treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的观察氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析86例膝骨关节炎患者临床资料,根据治疗方案不同,分为对照组和联合组,各43例。对照组给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗;联合组给予氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗。观察和比较2组患者临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、不良反应情况,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定患者外周血肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)变化。结果联合组总体有效率为91%,对照组为65%,2组患者临床疗效对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在治疗后,和治疗前比较,VAS评分、TNF-α、IL-17均降低,治疗前后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后VAS评分、TNF-α、IL-17显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为4.7%,对照组为6.9%,2组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏有更好的治疗效果,可以改善膝关节骨关节炎患者局部关节肿痛症状,外用贴敷舒适度好,不良反应少,是治疗膝关节骨关节炎的安全有效药物。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Flurbiprofen gel plaster combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment schemes,all the patients were randomly divided into the control group and combined group(n=43 each).The control group was treated with Glucosamine Hydrochloride capsules,and the combined group was treated with Flurbiprofen gel plaster combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride capsules.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,and adverse reactions were determined and compared between the two groups.The changes of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in peripheral blood were determined by ELISA.Results The total effective rate in the combined group and control group was 91%and 65%,respectively.There was statistically significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The VAS scores and the levels of TNF-αand IL-17 in the two groups decreased after the treatment compared with those at the baseline,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS scores and the levels of TNF-αand IL-17 in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.7%and 6.9%in the combined group and control group,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Glucosamine Hydrochloride capsules combined with Flurbiprofen gel plaster shows better therapeutic effect.It may improve the symptoms of local joint swelling and pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis.It is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of knww osteoarthritis with good comfort for external use and less side effects.
