改良Valdivia体位经皮肾镜取石术和开放手术取石术对肾结石患者应激反应及炎性指标的影响 被引量:20

摘要 肾结石是一种由于晶体物质或有机物质沉积于肾脏造成肾区疼痛的疾病,在临床中较为常见。对于结石直径较小的肾脏结石能够通过药物缓解,但对于结石较大且经药物治疗无法缓解的肾结石患者临床中多采用外科手术治疗[1]。开放手术取石术是临床中传统的手术方式,但是由于手术切口较大,患者容易产生手术应激反应,而且容易引起炎症反应[2]。改良Valdivia体位经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)是目前临床中常用的微创治疗方式,手术创伤较少[3]。
