在“互联网+”时代背景下,电子商务犹如一匹黑马,在带给人们前所未有改变的同时,亦会随之产生纠纷,所以,辅之以适宜的纠纷解决方式则尤为必要,ODR凭借其自身优势得以脱颖而出。其在我国不仅于法院外得到较快发展,且在法院ODR领域也取得了一定成效,既拓宽了适用的范围,如小额诉讼,还推出e调解平台等实践成果,逐渐被人们所接受。但实践中存在的问题,如未能充分利用法院外ODR平台、专业的解纷人员不足等因素,由此需要整合社会上的解纷资源,联合法院外ODR平台形成合力,共同为纠纷的解决而发力。

It has broadened the scope of application, such as small-scale litigation, and also launched the e-mediation platform, which has gradually been accepted by people.However, problems in practice, such as the failure to make full use of the ODR platform outside the court, the shortage of professional solutions, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate the resources of the community and form a joint force with the ODR platform outside the court to jointly solve the dispute.
