近年来,大量的公民个人信息的泄露引发各种问题,轻则接收到各种莫名其妙的推销、骚扰信息,重则引发各类犯罪,例如电信诈骗、网络诈骗、合同诈骗、敲诈勒索等犯罪。这些犯罪严重危害社会稳定,公民信息的保护也面临越来越严峻的环境和考验,尤其是在当今数字化的信息时代,如何有效保护公民个人信息是一个紧迫的社会现实问题。所以,有必要基于案例,分析目前审判实践中该类刑事案件的基本特征以及存在的问题,并加以解决。

In recent years, the leakage of a large number of citizens' personal information has caused various problems, ranging from receiving various kinds of inexplicable marketing and harassment information to causing various crimes, such as telecommunication fraud, internet fraud, contract fraud, extortion and so on. These crimes seriously endanger social stability, and the protection of citizen information is also facing increasingly severe environments and test. Especially in today's digital information age, how to effectively protect citizens' personal information is an urgent social reality problem. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the basic characteristics and existing problems of this kind of criminal cases in current trial practice, and to solve them.
