中俄金融合作服务“一带一路”建设大有可为

Sino-Russia Financial Cooperation Serving the “Belt and Road” Construction

俄罗斯是“一带一路”倡议的积极支持者和重要合作者。目前,“一带一路”建设和欧亚经济联盟建设对接合作已取得早期收获。经贸往来方面双向快速增长,两国能源、核能、航空、航天、基础设施等领域大项目合作捷报频传。文章介绍了俄罗斯金融市场发展特点,分析了中俄金融合作成果和面临的挑战,并就深化中俄金融合作服务“一带一路”建设提出政策建议。

Russia is an active supporter and important partner of the “Belt and Road” initiative. At present, the docking and cooperation between the “Belt and Road” initiative and the Eurasian Economic Union construction have achieved early results. The economic and trade relations between the two countries has witnessed a rapid growth, and reports on the successful cooperation in the fields of energy, nuclear energy, aviation, aerospace and infrastructure have been popping up. The article introduces the development characteristics of Russian financial markets, analyzes the achievements and challenges faced by Sino-Russia financial cooperation, and proposes policy recommendations for deepening Sino- Russia financial cooperation to serve the “Belt and Road” construction.
