体质经方在治疗艾滋病抗病毒药不良反应中的应用

The Application of Classical Prescriptions Based of Human Constitutions in HIV/AIDS HAART Drugs’ Side effects

基于体质经方“方-病-人”辨证论治模式,使用中医经典方剂,在艾滋病抗病毒药不良反应治疗过程中的临床实践,对艾滋病患者使用免费抗病毒药物容易出现的胃肠道不良反应使用小柴胡汤治疗,对出现的高脂血症使用大柴胡汤合五苓散治疗,对抗病毒药的神经系统毒性使用苓桂术甘汤合黄连温胆汤进行中医药干预,缓解患者接受抗病毒药治疗过程中的不良反应,提高抗病毒治疗的依从性。

Based on the traditional Chinese medicine classical prescriptions and the model of treatment-according to differentiation of "TCM prescription-diseases-human constitutions", the classical prescription of TCM was used in the clinical practice of the treatment of HAART drugs' side effects. Xiaochaihu decoction was used to treat the HAART drugs' side effects of adverse gastrointestinal reactions which easily occurring in AIDS patients with free antiviral drugs, and Dachaihu decoction was used to treat hyperlipidemia, Linggui Zhugan decoction and Huanglian Wendan decoction were used to intervene in the treatment of nervous system toxicity of antiviral drugs in order to alleviate the adverse reactions of patients receiving antiviral drugs and improve the compliance of antiviral treatment.
