离子导入三伏贴治疗儿童过敏性咳嗽60例

Ion Introduction Sanfu Paste in the Treatment of Allergic Cough in Children for 60 Cases

目的观察夏季三伏离子导入中药穴位敷贴防治儿童过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取过敏性咳嗽患儿120例,随机分2组,对照组口服孟鲁斯特片,治疗组在对照组的基础上,给予中药穴位敷贴联合离子导入,观察2组治疗有效率、检测患儿敷贴前后血常规中嗜酸性粒细胞计数变化,并随访6个月内发病次数及发作病程,评估中药敷贴加离子导入技术治疗儿童过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组;治疗后随访6个月观察治疗组发病次数及发作病程明显低于对照组;2组治疗后治疗组嗜酸粒细胞计数比对照组明显降低。结论离子导入三伏穴位敷贴治疗儿童过敏性咳嗽疗效优于口服孟鲁司特组。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanfu paste ion introduction to acupoint dressing of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of allergic cough in children. Methods 120 cases of allergic cough were collected clinically. The children were randomly divided into two groups. The control group took oral Meng Rust tablets, and the treatment group received the traditional Chinese medicine acupoint dressing combined with ion introduction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, detection of children before and after the blood routine of eosinophilic cell count changes were observed, and the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine dressing plus ion introduction in the treatment of allergic cough in children was evaluated. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the number of cases and the course of attack in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group in June after treatment, and the count of Eosinophilic granulocytes in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Ion Introduction Sanfu paste is better than oral Meng Rust tablets in the treatment of allergic cough in children.
