摘要
目的观察中药护卵汤对卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)大鼠血清性激素及抗苗勒激素(AMH)、抑制素B(INHB)的影响。方法选取动情周期为4~5d的雌性大鼠48只为实验动物,采用环磷酰胺(CTX)单次腹腔注射的方法制备DOR大鼠模型,以护卵汤为实验药物,以戊酸雌二醇为阳性对照药物,给药4周结束后检测各组大鼠血清性激素及AMH、INHB的变化。结果与空白组相比,模型组大鼠血清中E2、P、AMH、INHB的含量均降低(P<0.01),FSH、LH、T的含量均增高(P<0.01);与模型组相比,护卵汤组和补佳乐组大鼠血清中E2、P、AMH、INHB的含量均增高(P<0.05),FSH、LH、T的含量均降低(P<0.01)。结论护卵汤对CTX所引起的DOR大鼠模型的卵巢功能具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Huluan decoction on serum sex hormones, anti-müllerian hormone (AMH) and inhibin B (INHB) in rats with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR). Methods 48 female rats with an estrous cycle of 4-5 days were selected as experimental animals, prepare the rat model of DOR by single intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide, and taking Huluan decoction as experimental drug and estradiol valerate as positive control drug, then detect the changes of serum sex hormones, AMH and INHB in each group after the end of 4 weeks of administration. Results The levels of E2, P, AMH and INHB in the model group were lower, and the levels of FSH、LH、T were higher compared with the blank group (P<0.01). The levels of E2, P, AMH and INHB in the medicinal group and the positive control group were higher, and the levels of FSH, LH and T were lower compared with the model group (P<0.01). Conclusion The Huluan decoction has a protective effect on the rat model of DOR caused by CTX.
