辨证施护联合个性化护理在小儿病毒性心肌炎的应用研究

Research on the Application of Syndrome Differentiation Nursing Combined with Individualized Nursing in Pediatric Viral Myocarditis

目的探讨辨证施护联合个性化护理在小儿病毒性心肌炎中的应用。方法选取病毒性心肌炎患儿的64例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例,对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用辨证施护联合个性化护理进行治疗,2组患儿进行为期1个月的治疗。结果治疗组临床总有效率为93.75%(30/32),高于对照组的78.12%(25/32)(P<0.05);治疗后2组中医症状积分均有降低,且对比2组治疗前后症状积分下降幅度,治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论辨证施护联合个性化护理可以改善病毒性心肌炎患儿临床症状和体征,对小儿病毒性心肌炎有较好的的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of syndrome differentiation nursing combined with individualized nursing in pediatric viral myocarditis. Methods 64 cases of children with viral myocarditis admitted to our ward were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 32 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing, the treatment group was treated with syndrome differentiation combined with personalized nursing on the basis of the control group, and the patients in the two groups were treated for one month. Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%(30/32) higher than that of the control group (78.12%)(25/32)(P < 0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the two groups both decreased, and the symptom scores decreased more significantly in the treatment group than in the two groups before and after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dialectical nursing combined with personalized nursing can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children with viral myocarditis, and has a good therapeutic effect on children with viral myocarditis, which is worthy of clinical application.
