摘要
通过对当前就业形式分析,以提高教学质量为目的,探讨我国医学教育存在的问题,从改善医学教育模式,提高教师素质与教学能力,保证生源质量,加强教育考核体系,注重临床实践5个方面具体分析,确保达到良好的教学效果,培养优秀医学生。
In order to improve the teaching quality, the existing problems of medical education in our country were discussed through the analysis of the current employment forms. We should improve the medical education mode, enhance teachers' quality and teaching ability, guarantee the quality of students, strengthen the educational examination system, and pay attention to clinical practice, so as to ensure the good teaching effect and train the excellent medical students.
