单纯放疗和同期放化疗治疗食管癌的效果比较

Comparison of efficacy of single radiotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer

目的 探讨单纯放疗和同期放化疗治疗食管癌的效果。方法 将92例食管癌患者随机分为两组,各46例。对照组接受单纯放射治疗,研究组给予同期放化疗。比较两组整体疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者整体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者胃肠道反应、白细胞减少和放射性食管炎发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 同期放化疗治疗食管癌的临床效果优于单纯放疗,且不加重不良反应,患者可耐受。

Objective To investigate the effect of single radiotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods Ninety-two patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups,each with 46 cases.The control group received radiotherapy alone and the study group received concurrent chemoradiotherapy.The overall efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The overall efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,leukopenia and radioactive esophagitis between the two groups( P >0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy on the treatment of esophageal cancer was better than that of radiotherapy alone,without aggravating adverse reactions,which can be tolerated by patients.
