浙江省各市第二产业劳动力就业结构相似性研究

Research on the Similarity of Secondary Industry Labor Employment Structure of the All Cities in Zhejiang

从浙江省11市自1991年以来第二产业劳动力就业结构相似性来看,各市第二产业劳动力就业结构的相似系数逐渐缩小,到2017年杭州等5市制造业与建筑业就业相对均衡;宁波等4市制造业就业比重显著突出;绍兴和金华建筑业就业比重显著突出。建议制造业、建筑业相对均衡地区优化科技政策、人才政策以提高劳动力生产效率,制造业突出的地区要培养高素质劳动力以进一步增强制造业优势,建筑业突出的地区要加快产业转型升级并提高建筑业从业人员的素质。

The quantitative studied the trends of similarity of the labor employment structure of the 11 cities in Zhejiang Province since 1991. It also carefully studied the similarity of employment structure in 1993, 2000 and 2017. The analysis shows that since 1991, the similarity coefficient of the employment structure of the second industry in Zhejiang has gradually reduced. In 2017, the employment of the manufacturing industry and the construction industry is relatively balanced in Hangzhou etc.;The employment of manufacturing industry is prominently outstanding in Ningbo etc.;The employment of construction industry is prominently outstanding in Shaoxing and Jinhua. The article puts forward some suggestions to improving the quality of employment for the three types regions in Zhejiang. It is suggested that the regions with relatively balanced manufacturing and construction industries should optimize science and technology policies and talent policies to improve the productivity of labor force. Regions with the prominent manufacturing industries should cultivate high-quality labor force to further enhance the advantages of manufacturing industry. Regions with prominent construction industries should accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading and improving the quality of construction industry practitioners.
