摘要
有限的停车资源供给和高速增长的汽车需求,已成为城市静态交通管理的主要矛盾,为了改变这种现状,运用区块链技术,提出了基于区块链的停车资源共享网络(简称停车链).构建了一个开放式、可信任的网络平台,任何停车资源都可以通过停车链共享并实现收益;设计了基于信用的共识协议(PoC),避免算力消耗,提升了分布式共识的可靠性;停车链提供了可自定义的停车相关服务;开发了停车链原型系统,验证了本方案的可行性和有效性.停车链为缓解城市停车难问题提供了新的解决思路及技术参考.
The limited parking resource and ever-increasing vehicles became the bottle neck of city static traffic settlement. To this end, a parking sharing network over blockchain (ParkChain) was proposed. An open and trustable network infrastructure was constructed in ParkChain, where any parking resource could join ParkChain and benefit from sharing. A new consensus protocol named proof-of-credit (PoC) was proposed, which could avoid the energy consumptive computation and improves the reliability of consensus. The selfdefined parking services were provided by smart contract. A prototype of ParkChain was developed, which demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of ParkChain. ParkChain would contribute to provide the new solution and technical reference for the settlement of parking-hard problem in modern cities.
