水稻叶形控制基因的挖掘及分析 被引量:3

摘要 叶片的形态结构和生理功能与水稻的产量关系密切,水稻叶片形态包括叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶周长、叶厚、叶片卷曲度、叶倾角等性状.目前通过对水稻分离群体和突变体的深入研究,已定位和克隆到较多的叶形控制基因或数量性状位点(QTLs).根据水稻叶形控制基因或QTLs的最新研究进展情况,着重从叶长、叶宽、叶面积和叶卷曲度等性状,对已克隆叶形基因和QTLs的功能进行梳理和总结,以期为挖掘水稻叶形控制基因和理想株型育种提供参考,为进一步提高水稻的产量奠定理论基础. The morphological structure and physiological functions of the leaves were closely related to the yield of rice. The leaf morphology included leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, leaf circumference, leaf thickness, leaf curl degree and leaf angle. At present, through in-depth study of rice segregation populations and mutants, more leaf shape control genes/quantitative trait locus (QTLs) had been mapped and cloned. According to the latest research progress of rice leaf shape control genes or QTLs, focusing on leaf length, leaf width, leaf area and leaf curl degree, the functions of cloned leaf-shaped genes and QTLs were reviewed and summarized in order to provide reference for mining rice leaf shape control genes and ideal plant type breeding. These survey could provide a theoretical basis for improving rice yield.
