生态文明视域下健身休闲空间建设布局与实现路径——基于浙中生态廊道的调研

Research on layout and realization path of fitness and leisure space from the perspective of ecological civilization: Based on the investigation of the ecological corridors in central Zhejiang

为了探讨健身休闲空间建设的布局,采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等,阐释了浙中生态廊道健身休闲空间建设的目标与定位、空间结构与项目布局体系,并结合当前面临的现实困境与发展机遇,针对健身休闲空间建设的实现路径,在生态文明视域下总结出以下几点:1)增进合作:促进“多规合一”与共建共享;2)强化服务:发挥政府职能与市场机制;3)研判供需:引导资源与服务有效配置;4)拓展思路:促进产业联动与融合发展;5)着眼利用:推进项目建设与空间优化等.以期为提升浙中城乡的宜居品质、推进生态文明建设提供理论支持.

In order to explore the layout of fitness and leisure space, by means of literature, interview and mathematical statistics, it was investigated the goal orientation, space structure and project layout system of fitness and leisure space in the ecological corridors in central Zhejiang, and a statistical analysis of projects related to fitness and leisure was made. Based on the background of the ecological corridors in central Zhejiang, and combined with the current difficulties and opportunities for development, in view of the path to the construction of fitness and leisure space, from the perspective of ecological civilization construction, there were summarized and put forward: 1)Enhancing cooperation: Promoting multiple planning combinations and build together and enjoy together;2)Strengthening services: Giving play to government functions and market mechanisms;3)Judging supply and demand: Guiding the effective allocation of resources and services;4)Expanding ideas: Promoting industrial linkage and integration development;5)Focusing on utilization: Advancing project construction process and space optimization, etc. These would provide theoretical support to improve the livable quality of urban and rural areas in central Zhejiang, and promote the construction of ecological civilization.
