Research on XiJinping’s Governmental Governance Concepts of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想从理论指导与行动纲领两个层面对政府治理提出了明确方向,“八个明确”和“十四个坚持”折射出政府治理的核心要义。新时代政府治理应继承和发展传统治理思想、坚持党的领导地位和实现公开透明,而政府角色定位应秉持“强政府”与“弱政府”有的放矢、“掌舵者”与“参与者”两者兼具以及“传承者”与“改革者”一脉相承的治理理念。

Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has put forward a clear direction for government governance from two levels:theoretical guidance and action program.The"Eight Clears"and"Fourteen Persists"reflect the core meaning of government governance.In the New Era,government governance should inherit and develop the traditional ideas of governance,uphold the leadership position of the Communist Party of China and achieve openness and transparency.The role orientation of the government should adhere to the governance philosophy of targeted"strong government"and"weak government",including both roles of"steersman"and"participant",as well as building the continuity of"successor"and"reformer".
