我国农村老年人养老困境及对策研究

Difficulties and Countermeasures of the Elderly in Rural China

我国农村老年人口基数庞大并且还会继续增多,产生了巨大的养老服务需求,而当前我国农村的养老服务体系存在着供给与需求错位的突出问题。我国农村老年人有经济、日常生活照料、医疗、心理和精神慰藉等方面的养老需求,而农村老年人的经济收入水平低、家庭养老功能的弱化以及农村养老服务资源的不足都限制了农村老年人养老需求的满足。因此,应该提高老年人收入水平、加强家庭的功能以及增加农村养老服务资源的供给,以此来解决农村老年人的养老问题。

Due to the remoteness of the region and the economic development level in China's rural areas,the elderly in rural areas are facing the dilemma of"old and no support".Starting from the demand and supply,the article analyzes the supply of the elderly and old-age needs in China for economic support,daily care,medical care,psychological and spiritual comfort,and finds that the solution is to raise the income level of the elderly,strengthen the function of the family and increase the supply of rural old-age service resources,so as to solve the problem of the elderly in rural areas.
