“工匠精神”作为一种精神理念,为人类社会的长期发展提供指导。目前,科技发展速度不断加快,人们对于产品质量提出了更高的要求,对人才素质的要求也有了明显提高。在许多的政府文件中都提到了“工匠精神”的培养,并将“工匠精神”培养作为一项重要议题来研究,其重要性可见一斑。职业教育卓越人才将成为今后经济社会发展的中流砥柱,培养其“工匠精神”不仅事关他们今后的职业生涯,也直接关系到他们能否肩负历史的使命。[1]加强职业教育卓越人才“工匠精神”的培养研究就显得尤为必要。

As a spiritual concept,"Craftsman Spirit"provides guidance for the long-term development of human society.At present,with the accelerating development of science and technology,people have put forward higher requirements for product quality,and the requirements for the quality of talents have also been significantly improved.In many government documents,the cultivation of"craftsman spirit"has been mentioned,and the importance of"craftsman spirit"cultivation as an important topic can be seen.The outstanding talents in vocational education will become the mainstay of economic and social development in the future.Therefore,cultivating their"craftsman spirit"not only affects their future careers,but also directly affects whether they can shoulder their historical mission.It is particularly necessary to strengthen the research on the cultivation of the"craftsman spirit"of outstanding talents in vocational education.
