随着我国教育体制改革的不断深入,我国高等教育从以往的精英化教育转变为大众教育,我国高校每年扩招的人数不断上升,高校毕业生的人数逐年增加,也使得我国大学毕业生的就业形势变得更加严峻。高校必须做好毕业生的就业指导工作,通过职业生涯规划,让他们能够更加了解自己的优势和工作的方向,引导他们形成正确的职业观,帮助他们顺利就业,缓解我国的就业压力。基于此,主要对高校职业生涯管理对大学生就业的影响进行分析和探讨。

With the continuous deepening of China's education system reform,China's higher education has also changed from elite education to mass education.With the number of college students in China expanding every year,the number of college graduates has increased year by year,which means that the employment prospect of Chinese university graduates has become even worse.This requires colleges and universities to do a good job of guiding graduates through career planning,so that they can better understand their own advantages and the direction of their work.Guide them to form a correct professional outlook,help them to successfully obtain employment,and consequently ease the pressure on employment in our country.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the impact of career management on college students'employment.
