摘要
目的探讨大龄听障儿童听力重建后,听力语言康复训练的有效方式。方法选取1名14岁的大龄听障儿童,通过希内学习能力评估、听觉语言能力评估、听觉行为分级(GAP)和言语可懂度分级(SIR)评估,了解其存在的问题,并制订实施康复教学计划,对比康复1年后的听觉言语评估结果。结果经过1年康复训练,个案听觉能力和言语能力达到一级,能借助电话与熟悉的人沟通,连贯语言可被人听懂,希内学习能力评估结果为105。结论有效的康复教学是听障儿童"随班就读"听懂课堂教学提供听能、语言和知识的基础,经过专业康复训练,特校回流的大龄听障儿童可以掌握有声语言,回归主流社会。
Objective To explore the effective ways for older hearing-impaired children in special education schools to re-establish their hearings and through hearing and speech rehabilitation training. Methods A fourteen year old child with hearing impairment, was examined for learning ability, language ability, evaluation of auditory GAP and auditory behavior SIR classification and speech intelligibility rating assessment. The rehabilitation plan was designed accordingly,and his anditory and speach evealution outcomes were compareq after one year rehabilitation. Results After a year of rehabilitation, assessment of the case hearing ability and verbal ability have reached level A.The child can use the telephone to communicate with people.His coherent language can be understood,and his learning ability is increased to 105. Conclusion Effective rehabilitation provides a his hearing,language and knowledge basis for hearing-impaired children in the inclusive class,and after careful and professional training, they can use the language to communicate, and return to the mainstream society.
