In the past 40 years,the reform of state-owned enterprises in Shanghai has gone through four stages:exploratory reform focusing on decentralization,innovation reform focusing on the construction of modern enterprise system,deepening reform focusing on the establishment of state-owned assets management system,and comprehensive reform focusing on the state-owned enterprises in the new era.Looking back at the historical context of the reform of state-owned enterprises in Shanghai,reflecting on the evolution path,measures and experience of integration into the market economy,we can clearly understand and firmly shoulder the mission and responsibilities of the new era.
