果洛三区考辨

An Analysis of the Three Regions of Golok

历史上对果洛三区的称谓不尽一致。本文从“果洛”名称来源及寓意入手,将“果洛三区”称谓划为前期、中期、后期三个阶段。认为果洛部落从玛、紫、噶三地发迹,逐渐扩张至黄河上游和阿尼玛卿神山周围,其生产方式从农业转变为牧业,首领权力亦完成了从集中制向分封制部落联盟的转变。而在此过程中,划定了“果洛三区”的地理范围。

Starting from the origin and implication of the name of “Golok” in Qinghai, this paper divides the meaning of “Three Regions of Golok” in different historical periods into early stage, middle stage and late stage. The Golok Tribe was developed from Ma, Zi and Ga, and gradually expanded to the upper reaches of the Yellow River and around Animaqing Mountain, with the mode of production changing from agriculture to animal husbandry. In the process of the transformation from the earlier centralized system of leadership power to the feudal system of tribal alliance, the geographical scope of “Three Regions of Golok” appeared.
