基于JCI标准下同质护理服务理念对老年COPD稳定期患者的影响

Effect of homogenous care service concept based on JCI standard on elderly patients with stable COPD

目的 探讨基于JCI标准下同质护理服务理念对老年稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我效能、肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2017年4月至2018年4月我院收治的80例稳定期COPD患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于JCI标准下同质护理服务理念进行干预,比较两组患者自我效能、肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC、呼气峰流量(PEF)]及生活质量(SF-36)的变化。结果 干预后,观察组自我效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总体健康、生理职能、生理功能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于JCI标准下同质护理服务理念可有效改善老年稳定期COPD患者的肺功能,提高自我效能和生活质量,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of homogenous care service concept based on JCI standard on self-efficacy, lung function and quality of life in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD). Methods We selected 80 patients with stable COPD who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given intervention by homogenous care service concept based on the JCI standard. The changes of self-efficacy, lung function[forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV 1), FEV 1/FVC, peak expiratory flow (PEF)] and quality of life(SF-36)of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention,the score of self-efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).The FEV 1,FEV 1/FVC,PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05).The scores of general health,physiological role,physiological function,body pain,vitality,social function,emotional role and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The homogenous care service concept based on JCI standard can improve the lung function, self-efficacy, and quality of life of elderly patients with stable COPD effectively.So, this method is worth further clinical promotion and application.
