自体内瘘血管图谱在血液透析患者内瘘维护中的应用效果

Application effect of autologous internal fistula vascular maps in internal hemorrhage maintenance of hemodialysis patients

目的 探讨自体内瘘血管图谱在血液透析患者内瘘维护中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年6月至2018年9月我院收治的血液透析内瘘患者80例,将其随机等分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组应用自体内瘘血管图谱进行内瘘维护。比较两组患者穿刺成功率及并发症发生率。结果 研究组穿刺成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用自体内瘘血管图谱的方式对血液透析内瘘患者进行治疗,可显著提高其穿刺成功率,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的安全性与可行性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of utologous internal fistula vascular maps in internal hemorrhage maintenance of hemodialysis patients. Methods To select 80 cases of patients with hemodialysis internal hemorrhoids who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to September 2018. They were divided into control group and study group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the study group was given autologous internal fistula vascular maps to perform internal fistula maintenance. We compared the success rate of puncture and the incidence of complications of patients in the two groups. Results The success rate of puncture in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The treatment of hemodialysis patients with hemorrhage by utologous internal fistula vascular maps can improve the success rate of puncture significantly and reduce the incidence of complications. Therefore, such kind of treatment has high safety and feasibility,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
