基于物联网技术的非接触式高温工业炉监测系统 被引量:2

摘要 目的 高温工业炉内控件分布非常复杂,温度较高,自动化监测处理水平低下,实时性监测控制能力差。易出现烧坏控件,甚至发生火灾、爆炸等危险事故。方法 在调查目前的各种工业炉的使用现状后,利用互联网、物联网、云计算等先进技术,设计出一套基于物联网架构的高温工业炉内控件温度全视场实时监测控制系统。结果 可通过电脑、手机等终端对炉内控件实行实时有效的全视场监测和控制。结论 减少了故障和危险的发生,也为优化控制、节能减排提供了新的解决方案。 Objective The complex distribution of control units,high temperature,low level of automatic monitoring and processing,and poor real-time monitoring and control ability in high-temperature industrial furnaces is likely to lead to burning out controls,even fire,explosion and other dangerous accidents.Methods After investigation of the current status of various industrial furnaces,a real-time temperature monitoring and control system based on Internet of Things,cloud computing and other advanced technologies is designed for high-temperature industrial furnaces.Results Full-field real-time and effective monitoring and control of furnace control can be implemented through computers,mobile phones and other terminals.Conclusion This system reduces the occurrence of faults and dangers,and provides new solutions for optimizing control,energy saving and emission reduction.
