以新疆石河子垦区为例,通过对灌溉水有效利用系数测算分析,对今后在本地区实施水利工程运行管理,提高水资源利用效率,发展节水灌溉技术提供相应的理论依据。

Through the calculation and analysis of the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water,the management of water Conservancy projects in the future will be implemented in the area to improve the efficiency of water resources use. The development of water-saving irrigation technology provides corresponding theoretical basis.
